DJ Studio Rental - Terms & Conditions

1. Studio Rental Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Amsterdam's Most Wanted ("Studio", "We", "Our") and the client/renter ("You", "Your") for the rental of our professional DJ studio located at NDSM-Plein 86e, 1033WB, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

2. Studio Specifications & Equipment

The rental includes access to the following equipment:

• 3x Pioneer CDJ-3000 professional DJ players
• Pioneer DJM-V10 professional mixer
• 2x Technics SL-1200 vinyl turntables
• Club-standard sound system
• 3x Professional video cameras (front, side, top angles)

All equipment must be treated with care and professional respect. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will result in repair or replacement charges at cost to the renter.

3. Booking & Reservation

By making a booking, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have provided accurate and complete information
• Accept all terms and conditions in this agreement
• Are responsible for all individuals using the studio during your rental period
• Understand and agree to the cancellation policy

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed during the booking process through one of the following methods:

• iDeal (Netherlands)
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer

All prices displayed include 21% Dutch VAT (BTW). Payment is non-refundable except as specified in the cancellation and refund policy.

To maintain a professional environment, you agree to:

• Treat all equipment with professional care and respect
• Not consume alcohol or use drugs in the studio
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Not disturb neighboring studios or residents
• Keep the studio clean and return it in the condition you found it
• Not allow more than the agreed number of people in the studio
• Not record or photograph other users without permission
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Comply with Dutch law and local regulations

7. Equipment Responsibility & Damage

You are responsible for the studio and all equipment during your rental period. You agree to:

• Use all equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and our instructions
• Immediately report any equipment malfunctions or damage
• Pay for repair or replacement of equipment damaged due to your negligence or misuse
• Leave the studio clean and equipment in working condition
• Return all equipment to its original location

Repair costs for equipment damage will be charged at cost, including parts and labor. We reserve the right to terminate your rental and retain your payment if equipment is damaged or misused.

8. Recording & Intellectual Property

You may record your DJ sets in the studio for personal or promotional use. However:

• You retain all rights to your recorded content, but grant Amsterdam's Most Wanted a non-exclusive license to use clips from the studio environment (such as footage of the studio space) for promotional purposes.
• You may not record or photograph other individuals without their explicit written consent
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary music licenses and royalties for your recordings
• Amsterdam's Most Wanted is not responsible for content copyright claims on your recordings

9. Liability & Insurance

Amsterdam's Most Wanted is not responsible for personal injury, loss of equipment, or property damage that occurs during your rental. You agree to assume all risk and waive any claims against Amsterdam's Most Wanted for accidents or incidents that occur during your rental period. We strongly recommend that you obtain your own personal liability insurance for your rental.

10. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your booking, you may request a date change up to 72 hours before your scheduled rental time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests may incur a €10 administrative fee. If your requested date is not available, your booking can be cancelled per the cancellation policy.

11. Studio Access & Timing

- Check-in begins 10 minutes before your scheduled start time
- You must vacate the studio by the end of your booked time slot
- Late fees apply at €20 per 15-minute interval for usage beyond your booked time
- Arrival more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your rental time with no refund

12. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We collect booking information necessary to confirm and manage your rental. Your data will be retained for accounting and legal purposes as required by Dutch tax and business regulations.

13. Modification of Terms

Amsterdam's Most Wanted reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
